Very late we know….

What an incredible few days at 2025!

Speaking was a privilege, but the real energy was in the conversations happening off-stage.

I was energised by the innovators shaping our industry’s tech, including Ben Anderson and Jamie at Bramforth (game-changing integrations), Thiago Muffo (driving value at ), and Corinne Sawers ( ) who is revolutionising Patient Lifetime Value.

Seeing sharing the value they’re delivering for members - every decision has their community at the heart of it.

It was inspiring to chat with the likes of Dr Amanda Penny on empowering entrepreneurs in this space, Catherine Fairris about the NHS and all things doctors in aesthetics, and Yogeeta Bawa ( ) on her incredible award-winning clinic journey.

Great to connect with George Yuriy Titovets MD, PhD, MBA too.

More and more we get asked what services will differentiate a clinic from a competitor, or how quickly should a clinic jump onto a new trend. The answer isn’t that simple.

Consideration needs to be given to several things including: 1. Market demand
2. Current clinic offering
3. Clinic profitability
4. Capacity planning
5. Clinic’s growth vision

Too often we see decisions made without consideration for the above (as well as a few other items, but this isn’t a thesis so will keep it brief). The result - more often than not, low uptake, wasted resources, time and ultimately a disappointed business owner.
