We are an international training partnership founded in 2007 by Nicola Burnett Smith and Ian Sanders. We are based in the UK, with a team of worldwide associates. We design and deliver face-to-face, blended and online training in Communication, Management and Leadership. Xperient Training specialises in 'Bringing Learning to Life' using drama-based exercises as well as bespoke case studies, challe
nging discussions, practical coaching and forum theatre. Our international team of associates are chosen by us to be highly skilled coaches and facilitators, as well as actors and roleplayers who have worked extensively in all sectors to executive level. We work closely with each client to create exercises that are bespoke, credible and engaging and achieve the objectives of the training and the business as a whole. We also have a raft of popular off-the-peg workshops on unconscious bias, transactional analysis, managing upwards, questioning skills and so on. In 2020 we created a suite of online training workshops with the intention of maintaining as much interactivity as possible. Between March and December 2020 we delivered over 130 online workshops. Our virtual offering has been described as highly effective, very engaging, "brilliant!" and "the best online training I've ever done"
