There was a time when I thought I was falling behind.

As a teenager struggling with anxiety, leaving mainstream school in Year 10 felt like proof that I wasn’t on the same path as everyone else. Watching others follow the traditional route while I was trying to figure out where I belonged was incredibly difficult.

What I couldn’t see then was that my journey wasn’t wrong.

It was just different.

Over the years, I’ve learned that success doesn’t always follow the route we’re told it should.

I went on to university and graduated with a First Class degree.

I started my own business in 2021.

Last year, I stood as Runner Up in the UK VA Awards.

And now, I’m embarking on Forest School training and exploring the possibility of opening an alternative provision for children who, like me, may need something different from the traditional system.

That part feels particularly special.

Because what once felt like one of my biggest struggles has become one of my greatest motivations.

Looking back, I can see that every challenge taught me resilience. Every setback taught me perseverance. Every time I wanted to give up but didn’t taught me that I was capable of more than I realised.

This reel is full of affirmations, but the one that matters most to me is the last one:

✨ I never give up.

Not because I’m fearless.

Not because everything comes easily.

But because I’ve learned that growth often happens in the moments when you choose to keep going, even when the outcome isn’t clear.

So if you’re in a season where things feel hard, where your path looks different from everyone else’s, or where you’re wondering if you’ll ever get where you want to be…

Keep going.

Your story is still being written.

Sometimes our nervous systems need a reset.

Make sure you take time away from the big stuff to slow down and enjoy the smaller simpler ways of life 💕

For me that looked like swimming 30 lengths this morning then a family dog walk this afternoon.

How about you?

Anyone else feel instantly at peace in the forest?

One thing I have really noticed is the change in my children’s behaviour when they are out in the woods without screens and outside pressure.

Team work flows naturally, less arguments and more laughter.

I can’t wait to spend more time in the forest as a forest school leader 🌳

I can’t even begin to describe how amazing my Forest School Level 3 Leader training has been these past couple of months with

I have made incredible friendships and I have gained so much confidence in the practical tasks associated with running a Forest school setting.

I have officially been signed off for the practical side of the course and now it’s time to get the portfolio work completed and run my 6 week pilot sessions 🙌

I am beyond excited to see where this next journey takes me.

If you’re interested in Forest School for your child watch this space. I’ll be running sessions with and we are planning for a summer holiday club 🙌

I currently have space for a couple of new clients needing some monthly admin/business support.

I support small businesses within the health & wellbeing sector, alongside busy women juggling business, family life and the mental load that comes with trying to do everything at once.

I come from a social work and mental health background and have been supporting businesses for the last 4.5 years.

A lot of my clients only need around 5–10 hours support a month, just enough to help them feel more organised and less overwhelmed.

I can help with things like:

admin
inboxes & diaries
client organisation
lifestyle/personal tasks
family logistics
general business support

If you’d like to chat or know someone who may need support, feel free to message me.

POV: watching your husband become the dad your children will always look up to 🤍

There’s something really special about watching your children learn from the person you love most. Especially when it’s doing something they all genuinely enjoy together.

Weekends for us usually involve mud, climbing walls, campfires, woodland walks or some kind of outdoor adventure, and honestly… we wouldn’t have it any other way. 🌿

Between us, we’re Scout and Cub leaders, climbing instructor, and currently learning even more through Forest School training and kayak instructor training too. Not just because we love it ourselves, but because we want to share those skills and experiences with our own children as well as other young people too.

The outdoors has given our family confidence, connection, resilience and some of our favourite memories together. Watching Mark encourage, support and cheer them on whilst doing something he loves is one of those moments that makes you stop and think… this is what it’s all about. ✨

To all the outdoor-loving families raising adventurous little humans, you’re creating magic they’ll remember forever 🤍

I love living in the Suffolk countryside.

It is truly a beautiful place to live and bring up a family. We are incredibly lucky to be able to slow down and spend family time in such wonderful surroundings.

I have built a life that means I get to take the down time I need to be there for others and give the support I love to give, through women’s circles, PA support and just being there for the incredible people in my world.

You don’t need to do more.
You need more support. 🤍

The more we prioritise wellbeing, connection and balance, the more capacity we create for clarity, confidence and sustainable success.

That’s the work I do every day, helping women feel supported in both life and business. ✨
