We are using the PTC Hub for our Tuesday classes whilst Pot Kiln Gym hall is having some repair work. We have limited spaces for juniors age 6-12. However, we have plenty of space in our Adult class! Message us to get your space 🤜🥊

Children’s Boxercise classes will be starting at the PTC HUB on Wednesday 1st November. Depending on numbers I will be able to provide some gloves and pads. If you would prefer your child or children to use their own, please bring them with you. Classes need to be booked in blocks of 4.

Today I went to Brunel University London to attend the Boxercise Ltd instructor course. 8 hours of learning, which included pad work and lots of punches thrown and received. This was followed by an assessment which I passed. I am now a qualified Boxercise Instructor.

I can’t wait to start using boxercise in 121 sessions and small group training at Personal Training Centre Sudbury and within my circuit classes at the PTC Hub🥊 🥊

2yrs ago after a chance meeting, we brought in Milestone Fitness UK in to Personal Training Centre.

We have to say it's the best thing we done Ivan J Ambrose is a inspiration to all his clients and is always looking to develop as a PT.
He is currently working with Parkinsons, MS and elderly and wheelchair user clients helping them improve there mobility, health & nutrition and making life easier for them.
