Job description:
IntraOrbis Ltd is a global investigations company, providing investigation services for leading corporations threatened by intellectual property infringements, grey market, counterfeiting, theft, fraud and other associated risks and threats.
About the role:
This is a highly interesting and varied role, offering an exciting opportunity for someone to get involved within the investigations industry. All our investigations follow a set process to enable evidence gathered to be used to support legal proceedings. Our standard investigations include evidential purchases of goods, globally, suspected of being counterfeit, grey market or fraudulent.
The role will involve varied responsibilities such as updating our case management system, creating and updating purchase spreadsheets, making online purchases on a variety of platforms, using screen captures software, photographing evidence, using photo editing software, scanning QR codes and redacting sensitive information. Maintaining and monitoring spreadsheets to track purchases and deliveries highlighting any issues and proactively following up outstanding items.

About you:
To be successful in this role it is essential that you are administratively proficient, accurate, be able to work at speed, prioritise workloads and multi-task. Within a small team, once youβve found your feet, you will be expected to use your own initiative and work with minimal supervision.
Skills specification:
β Educated to GCSE standard, level 5 and above, which must include Maths and English.
β Extremely competent with Microsoft packages including Excel and Word (and their Google equivalents), Gmail (or other email systems) as well as the internet, various social media and online trading platforms.
β Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
β Excellent analytical, presentation and active listening skills.
β Experience of monitoring and tracking work using spreadsheets and/or case management tools would be useful but a willingness and ability to learn is essential.
β Demonstrate a high level of integrity, resilience and professionalism
