There isn't one right way to run a business. And there definitely isn't one right way to be supported. 🌿

That's why the way I work is intentionally flexible.

1. We choose the support that fits where you are right now.
Maybe you need strategy. Maybe you need practical help. Maybe you need someone to help you get unstuck. And sometimes, you need all three.

2. We work in a way that honours your energy, capacity and real life.
Because your business has to fit into your life, not require your entire life to fit around your business.

3. You're always supported: practically, emotionally and strategically.
Not just with what needs doing, but with the decisions, doubts and challenges that come with running a business.

Because I don't believe in handing you a strategy and sending you off to figure it out alone.

One of my clients recently gave me a new job title...

And honestly? I LOVE it!

Because sometimes you just need someone who understands your business, knows what you're trying to achieve, and can support you with whatever comes up.

One month, that might be strategy and planning.

The next, it could be helping you launch something new.

Then perhaps you need a Canva design, a website update, help setting up a system or simply someone to talk an idea through with.

That's what being your 'Business Partner in Your Pocket' means to me.

Strategy isn't about creating the perfect plan. It's about creating the right plan for you. 🌿

Because a strategy can look amazing on paper...

But if it doesn't fit your capacity, your priorities, your life or the way you actually work, you're unlikely to stick with it.

I believe business strategy should be practical, realistic and personal.

It's not about doing everything.

It's about knowing what matters, understanding what you can realistically take on, and having a clear path to move forward.

Because the best strategy isn't the one that sounds impressive.

It's the one that actually gets implemented.

And sometimes, creating that strategy starts with stepping back, getting some perspective and having someone help you see what's really possible. 🤍
