Mind the Generation Gap is coming to Sunderland Business Week!
On Tuesday 13 October, Louise will officially launch her new book, Mind the Generation Gap: How Gen Z Is Changing the Future of Work, with a special event exploring how businesses can build future-ready workplaces and lead the next generation of talent.
And everyone who joins us on the night will receive their own copy of the book to take home 📘
Drawing on more than 20 years in HR, Louise’s work with businesses and the conversations that inspired the book, we’ll be looking at the changing expectations of different generations at work, where some of the friction comes from, and what managers can do to help different generations work better together.
Louise will also be joined by a fantastic panel, each bringing a different perspective to the conversation:
