This weekend, the Alpha J Security team responded to an emergency call-out at a solar farm after their CCTV system went down, leaving the site without monitoring.

Our officers were quickly deployed to provide a visible security presence and ensure the site remained protected until the system could be restored.

Following the success of this weekend’s Events of the North 5K & 10K Run in Sunderland, we wanted to share a glimpse of the day

Events like this are always fast-paced and dynamic, with thousands of participants, spectators, and moving parts all coming together in a short space of time. Behind the scenes, it takes clear communication, strong teamwork, and constant awareness to help everything run smoothly and safely.

From managing key access points and supporting crowd flow, to maintaining a visible and approachable presence across the route, the team were fully engaged throughout the event. Every role plays a part in ensuring the public can enjoy the day with confidence and peace of mind.

We’re proud of how the team performed and the professional standard they continue to deliver at large-scale public events like this.

A small snapshot of a much bigger effort — well done to everyone involved. The team are already looking forward to the next event in Kielder.

Following the success of the previous Events of the North 5K Run in Sunderland, we’re delighted to confirm that Alpha J Security will once again be supporting the upcoming run events taking place on 16th & 17th May. 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️

With large crowds expected across both days, our team will be working alongside fellow security providers and event partners to help maintain a safe, secure, and well-managed environment for everyone attending.

What a great weekend for the team!

We were proud to provide security for the sold-out Futureheads performance at Independent Nightclub. It was a busy Friday night with a fantastic atmosphere, and our team worked hard throughout the event to help ensure everything ran safely and smoothly for guests, staff, and performers alike.
