What a night. 🏆

We are delighted to share that the Haven General Managers' Development Programme has been recognised with two awards at the Learning Excellence Awards 2026.

🥇 Merit Award | N07 Experiential Learning
🥇 Gold Merit | OA05 Outstanding Course or Initiative

The programme was designed around a core belief: that meaningful behavioural change comes from doing, not just learning. Participants worked through crisis simulations, community projects, and immersive leadership challenges, each one designed to build the capability and decision-making that General Managers need in the real world.

To receive the Gold Merit for outstanding delivery across all sectors is recognition we are truly proud of. It reflects the commitment of everyone involved in designing, facilitating, and continuously improving this programme.

Our team Jake Meyer BEM FRGS, Iain Robertson, and Charlie Fairhead were there on the night to celebrate alongside the Haven team, and it was a moment worth celebrating.
