A little reminder for anyone feeling disheartened by their follower count…
I started this account just over two weeks ago as a Creator account, sharing my world of health, wellness, beauty and holistic living.
After only 11 posts, it’s generated:
✨ 5,800 views
✨ 348 interactions
✨ 18 followers

Would I like more followers? Of course.
But what excites me more is that Instagram is already putting my content in front of thousands of people who have never heard of me before.

The mistake I see so many business owners make is measuring success purely by follower numbers.
Reach.
Engagement.
Connection.
Trust.
These are the things that lead to growth.

So if you’re sitting there thinking, “Nobody’s following me,” keep posting anyway.
The algorithm cares far more about how people interact with your content than how many followers you currently have. 💛

Millennials now: healthy lifestyle, running, clean eating, mindfulness.

Millennials 15 years ago: surviving on little sleep, late nights, takeaway food, and thinking we were invincible. 😅

It’s funny how priorities change as we get older. What once felt important gets replaced by taking care of our health, protecting our peace, and investing in our wellbeing.

Can anyone else relate? 🙋‍♀️

This growth didn’t happen overnight.

One of the hardest lessons in business is learning that not every opportunity is the right opportunity.

Early on, it’s easy to think every enquiry should become a client. But experience teaches you that the right clients are worth waiting for.
