Headmasters have grown from a single salon in Wimbledon Village to one of the UK's largest salon groups. Our 56 strong salon group employs over 1,000 people across the UK.
Due to the growth of the business, we are currently recruiting booking centre coordinators to join our fun team on a Full-time & Part-Time permanent basis.
The Bookings Centre is an important area of Headmasters as all appointments are allocated and monitored by this department.
Some of the duties will include (but not limited to):
- Providing support to all Headmasters Salons and clients.
- The first point of contact for Hair recommendations and appointments.
- Working closely with stylists to control and manage their workflow.
- Managing and handling cancellations and rebooks.
- Driving appointment attendance by pre-appointment calls.
- Bookings Coordinators are also responsible for liaising with internal and external clients and maintaining regular contact with the facility’s clients and acting as the first point of contact for all bookings.
