To support Mental Health Awareness, we are running a series of free lunchtime learning sessions next week.

With a mixture of life stories with lessons learnt, understanding the science behind our thinking, coaching and mindfulness, our aim is to inspire and educate people to think, feel and be the best version of themselves.

Our 4th thinking habit that builds mental strength is being positive and optimistic. It's not about rose tinted glasses but flipping scenarios to look at the positive side of things. For example, something you learnt because of the experience or it giving you the opportunity to try something new. How often when we look back that we realise that bad things that may have happened led us to new great things?

Our third thinking habit for building mental strength is being open and generous to others. Evolutionarily, cooperation and group relationships led to an increased level of survival.
We still belong in a tribe and instinctively need to belong.
