Many thanks to all of my customers throughout 2024! I'd like to wish you all a very Merry Christmas, and a Happy New Year!

I'm taking some time off over the Christmas period to enjoy some time with family, so I will respond to any messages received when I return on Monday 6th January 2025.

Thank you all for your patience during this unsettling time. I'm pleased to announce that my sewing room is now open again, however there are some restrictions due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic:

* Drop off / collection will be carried out in line with social distancing guidelines
* I will be unable to carry out fittings as I had previously, however depending on the task I may be able to talk through with you how to correctly mark any garments for alterations
* Payments will need to be made electronically via bank transfer or paypal prior to collection

In line with the prime minister's announcement yesterday evening, I'm sorry to say that I will not be taking on any new work until the COVID-19 situation is more stable.

For any customers who already have items with me:

If your item is not urgent, and you're happy to wait until the current situation has passed, please do let me know.

If your item is more urgent you will be contacted directly to arrange collection once complete - please be aware that collections will be at an agreed time when I can leave the items in a safe place for you to collect, to avoid unnecessary contact (please do not take this personally, I just need to ensure that I'm adhering to the current restrictions put in place). Payments will need to be made contactlessly via paypal prior to collection.

Due to refurbishment Petal's Sewing Room will be closed until 1st February 2020, but I look forward to working with you all again soon!

Thanks to all my wonderful customers for recommending me to your friends and family! I have been inundated with requests for work recently and so unfortunately I am unable to take any further work on until week commencing 17th June 2019.
