Over 10 years ago, when I started my career with In2action, these two were on the other side of the table.

Steve from Vertex and Paul from Capstone Inspections would come out to train me and inspect the courses I was working on.

If you’d told me back then that one day I’d be running my own business and working alongside them, I’m not sure I would have believed you.

But here we are. 💜

It’s one of those full-circle moments that makes you stop and realise just how much can change in 10+ years.

From being trained by them and having the courses I worked on inspected by them, to now working alongside them through C.Harris Consultancy.

The people you meet at the beginning of your career can have a funny way of appearing again later on, just from a very different side of the table.

This week looks a little different for C.Harris Consultancy! 👷‍♀️🌳

Charlotte is out on site completing a 5-day Operational Inspection Course with Capstone Inspections, taught by Paul himself.

Five days of hands on learning, developing technical knowledge and getting properly stuck into the operational side of inspections.

And, of course, we couldn’t be on site without capturing those all important shots along the way! 📸🎥

It’s a great opportunity to combine professional development with what we do best, creating authentic, behind the scenes content while gaining an even deeper understanding of the industry and the businesses we support.

Because the better we understand our clients’ world, the better we can market it.
