Wedding cake made this week.
Bottom tier is chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream and covered in chocolate ganache, decorated in fondant ruffles.
Middle tier is fruit cake covered in Mazipan and fondant.
Top tier is vanilla cake with vanilla buttercream covered in white chocolate ganache and fondant.
