Working at Meeting Point, I realise it’s never just about desks or meeting rooms. It’s about people - walking through the door, sometimes unsure, sometimes needing a bit of guidance - and finding a space where they feel comfortable, supported and able to move forward. The truth is, we’re usually busy and juggling a lot behind the scenes but taking that extra time to listen, to help, to care - it makes such a difference to real people and that’s the part that matters most. Being part of that journey, even in a small way, is what makes this role so special and what I love most about my job as a Business Support Officer at Meeting Point.
