❤️ A little something personal from me ❤️
As some of you may already know, my husband Terry has terminal cancer. When we were given the devastating news, we were told he had around 12 months, or potentially less to live.
This is why, over the last year, you may have noticed me stepping away from cakes a little. I’ve wanted to have as much precious family time as possible whilst we navigate a life that has changed so much.
The last year has been a whirlwind of work, hospital appointments, uncertainty and trying to make the most of every precious moment together.
At the start of this year, Terry decided he wanted to do a skydive to raise money for Prospect — a charity that has been an incredible support to our family and one that means so much to us.
Tomorrow, I’ll be walking up Pen y Fan with 8 amazing ladies to raise even more money for this wonderful charity. 💙
The skydive is booked for Sunday 13th. Unfortunately, Terry isn’t medically fit to take part at the moment, so I’ll be jumping in his place! 🪂😬
