We’re hiring full time Care Workers in Swindon.

A role where you change someone’s day… every day.

At Sylvian Care Swindon, we believe care starts with connection.

If you’re kind, reliable, and want meaningful work…
we’ll give you the training, support, and team to thrive.

What you’ll be doing:
• Supporting with personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)
• Preparing meals and helping with nutrition
• Medication support
• Companionship and emotional support
• Helping clients stay independent at home

What we offer:
💷 £14.50/hour, £20/h bank holidays (depending on experience and qualifications)
🎁 £500 joining bonus for full-time (£250 on joining + £250 after 3 months)
📚 Full training provided
🧡 Supportive, values-led team
📈 Real career progression
