Description: The ideal candidate must be familiar with the use of woodworking machinery such as saws, planers and spindle moulders, along with associated power and hand tools. The candidate will be given support to establish and grow as part of our team in manufacturing a wide range of bespoke windows & doors.

Personal Attributes Required:
• Must have minimum of 4 years industry experience.
• Must be able to understand and set out from working diagrams.
• Must be punctual and display a hard-working attitude.
• Must display attention to detail and take pride in their work.
• Must work well both as part of a team and independently.

Salary: negotiable depending upon experience.

Location: Unit 15, Techno Trading Estate, Bramble Road, Swindon, Wiltshire SN2 8HB.

Hours: Full-time permanent role. Standard contract working hours are 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4.30 pm with a half-hour lunch break and 15-minute (paid) tea breaks.

We continue to expand as more of our customers look to improve their home with new windows, doors and staircases.

The workshop re-opened this week having made some significant adjustments to keep all the team safe and able to adhere to social distancing.

- PPE issued
- New shift pattern over extended hours to give everyone adequate space
- Team working 40 hours in 4 days taking a different day off each week.
- Visitors not allowed in the production area
- Separate protocols, risk assessments and procedures in place when working on a site.

Annual Christmas day out. Breakfast, the golfing hole, ten pin bowling and a bit of pool.
All ended with a curry.
