Getting grease out of clothes

1. pretreat with either washing up liquid or elbow grease degreaser and leave for 10-20 minutes
not recommended for silk and delicate fabrics

2. rub the grease stain with chalk and leave for 10-20 mins, the chalk will absorb the grease

as always test on an inconspicuous area first
elbow grease degreaser is available in most shops including asda and usually costs £1.00

HOW TO GET CRAYON OFF WALLS

Crayons are a great invention, I'll be the first to admit...until their brilliant colours make their way to our walls.
Here is an easy way to get crayon off walls...
To remove crayon from walls use a blow dryer and regular mild dishsoap. Turn on the blow dryer and blow hot air on the crayon marks. The wax will heat up and begin to melt making it easier to wipe away. Using a cleaning cloth or a paper towel with a little liquid dishsoap, gently wipe away the crayon marks. This method is safe to use on most wall surfaces, but test first in a hidden spot to be sure. There may be a little effort needed to remove crayon on heavily textured walls.
