University VIP Area Unit - Step 3

With the unit fully assembled and finished to specification, our fitting team arrived on site to complete the installation. Working with precision and care, they ensured every element was perfectly aligned and securely fixed in place.

The high-spec materials—oak detailing, ultra-matt anti-fingerprint laminate and glass floating shelves—were handled with exceptional attention to detail, resulting in a flawless finish that elevates the university’s VIP area.

Our team were recently on site at a customer's premises to install multiple fitted storage and kitchen units.

This included solid surfacing for sinks and work tops as well as millimetre perfect in-built cupboards.

The install also included a bespoke fitted multimedia unit and large storage wall. See our team’s photos of this fit out below.

Another 60!

After our initial order of 192 bespoke boxes for our client, we were asked to manufacture another 60, bringing their total to 252.

Our joiners take pride in precision - every box was precisely assembled to make sure they were all millimetre perfect.

University VIP Area Unit

After design, we proceed to manufacture -using our router to precision cut each piece, we get everything ready for assembly. Finishing the unit doors with premium laminate.

Once each piece is cut, we begin the assembly process - the unit comes together, ready for glass shelving and Step 3: Installation.

Our latest project sees us building a unique unit for a leading UK university’s VIP area.

The first stage in this project is to draw up the plans and then build a 3d mock up so that our client can see how this unit will work in their space. We are using premium materials to enhance the VIP area, with oak, anti-fingerprint ultra-matt laminate and glass floating shelves.

Last Friday, we completed a major delivery — 24 pallets of custom-made ply boxes for the our client, all built by hand at our Swindon workshop. That’s 192 bespoke boxes, each one crafted to the exact same specifications.

The final step of our EON project was install. We worked around client opening hours to complete this project and really pleased with the result. The lighting structure looks great finally lit and is the definite showpiece in this fit out.

EON Project - 3/4
After manufacture, our team work to assemble each element: desk, seating, tables and tablet surrounds; as well as creating the 600kg light feature in pieces ready for install.
After assembly, each piece is meticulously packed and transported to our customer’s premises.

Project for EON continued... (2/4)

After designs have been approved, our in-house team start manufacture.

Particular attention to detail was given to the lighting feature, that were made up of multiple custom oak and MDF pieces cut on CNC lathe. In total, we made 23 unique elements that combined to make the total structure.

The finished lighting structure used over 180 metres of LED light strips and weighed over 600kg, suspended with stainless steel wire.
