Workshed Swindon

14/10/2026

What a start 📈

Yesterday Workshed was full of freelancers and small business owners spending the day learning about AI, pricing, marketing and how to grow their businesses.

It was the first in-person session of a free 10-week business growth programme for Swindon and Wiltshire. Sessions now continue online, and we’ll see everyone back here on 10 December for the closing event and a celebratory networking session.

Thank you Sarah for your lovely feedback. Hearing that everyone felt well looked after in our space means a lot to the team.

Good luck to all the participants.
See you in December! 👋

Summer’s done. September means business.🫱🏻‍🫲🏼

If you’ve been putting off finding a proper place to work, this is the nudge you needed. On 9 September we’re opening Workshed’s doors for a free coworking day. No membership, no fees, no pressure.
Just come in, pick a desk and see what a proper workspace feels like.

A lot of our members will tell you the same thing. They came for one day, got more done than they had in weeks, and never looked back.

If you’ve never been to Workshed, this is the easiest way to find out if it’s for you.

5 minutes from Swindon train station, Carriage Works
9 September, 9:30am to 4pm
Free, grab your ticket via the link in bio or DM us

See you in September 👋

Summer isn’t even over, but the best Christmas parties get booked in August and September. True story.

If you’re the person at your company who ends up organising the team celebration (we see you), here’s a heads up: our Central and Canteen event spaces at Workshed are already getting enquiries for autumn and winter dates.

Exposed brick, big windows, that industrial carriage works character that makes a party photo look good. Space for a dinner, a drinks reception, or a more relaxed team gathering. Right in the centre of Swindon, 5 minutes from the train station if half your team is coming from out of town.

You don’t need to decide anything today. Come and see the space, walk through it, picture your team in it.
We’ll show you around, no pressure, no commitment.
