A recent inspection & treatment carried out for a rural property in Dorset. The previous tenant of this property had reported rodent activity, with the property being vacant we used this to carry out a thorough inspection across the house. We identified multiple signs of rodents using the heating & water pipes to access all areas of the property. Our plan of action was to place bait blocks along the traffic areas, clean & remove any droppings/nesting materials with a biocide treatment and finally carry out some minor proofing to the exterior of the property to prevent any future issues. Another job complete & a happy landlady ready for her new tenants to move in!

Mouse treatment started this week, a previous contractor had used a difenacoum bait with no success. A change or bait & some minor proofing should help bring them under control!

A recent rodent proofing job to help prevent ongoing rat and mouse activity at a property. Installed galvanised mesh to securely cover an external access gap that rats had been using to enter and applied mortar around pipe entry points where mice were gaining access into the building.

Proofing work like this is key to stopping repeat infestations and protecting the property long term. Another home secured and sealed against unwanted visitors.
