We’ve been officially full at Ministry of Work for a long time now… but a heads up that we have one office coming free in October.

The founders in it are moving to Dubai - exciting life move for them which creates a rare opening for us. Offices here don’t turn over often!

A quick recap: MoW is a work club in a converted 19th century chapel in Salford, Manchester. It’s built for founders who want to be around other people building things, without the performance that comes with most “founder communities”.

The office itself: suitable for 4-6 people, original stained glass windows and quiet enough to think in, yet just five minutes from the kind of conversation that saves you a bad hire or a wrong pivot.

The people who’ve had it before built real businesses from this very room and our founder, Eddie (exited SaaS founder) will happily throw any support he can behind our tenants here as they build to scale!

October is the first time in a long while it’ll be open for someone new.

If you’re a founder based in or around Manchester, and tired of working from your kitchen table or a generic co-working chain, this is worth a conversation now rather than in September.

We also have free parking 🤷‍♂️

If you want to know more, you know what to do.

Nothing to see here.

Just one of our members with their disposable BBQ, claiming the sun trap terrace and making the most of a sunny afternoon in Manchester (you don’t waste sunny afternoons when you live here).

This is what Ministry of Work actually looks like.

A building and community you feel at home with, where nobody bats an eye at twenty minutes of doing absolutely nothing because you’ve probably earned it.

We’re in a 19th-century chapel with a sun trap.

Sometimes people work. Sometimes they grill things.

Both are allowed 😂

Are you a founder or business leader living in Manchester or Salford?

We’re an exclusice ‘work club’ (think workspace, meets private members club) for business leaders across Greater Manchester to come together.

Our founder, Eddie Whittingham previously built and scaled a software business before buying and converting this 19th century chapel, and now it’s home to over 60 amazing business owners ranging from fin-tech, to media, to construction - and everything inbetween!

This place isn’t about just being a desk or the coffee (although we get that from and it’s 👌) and we’ve never wanted it to be “just another workspace.”

Instead, it’s a place purpose built for founders and leaders to find a bit sanctuary and focus, as well as learning from those a few steps ahead of you.

So, if you’re a founder or leader and you’re craving real community, real conversations, and a place that elevates you… you should absolutely be here.

It’s different. And people feel it the moment they walk in.

Welcome to pop in for a tour and a coffee anytime, just drop us a message 🙂
