Thank you to Bradford College for asking me to come in and talk to their students about & . It is always a privilege to be asked by the dedicated tutors there, especially Elvir Kesedzic.

We explored what traditional and agile development, the importance of flow and what we would do if we were 10% braver!

Andy and I spent two beautiful days this week with people looking at what they could do differently to help their teams mitigate risk, self-organise and feel empowered as professionals. Some have already passed the assessment, and one person got 100%!!! - But that doesn't matter and we don't teach in order to for attendees to get a certifictation.

What matters is how this new shared knowledge could impact their colleagues, teams and the broader organisation.

Your teams, particularly your Scrum Masters / Delivery Leads / Agile Coaches, should look inward and delve deeper into how they support the team & organisation. It could be that they are struggling as a Leader in service to others, misunderstand their role and do not appreciate the different stances a Scrum Master can take, falling back into old habits or reverting to what they see others doing.

"There is no methodology for a Scrum Master to follow, yet there is a set of actions from which to choose depending on context."

Thank you to all the lovely people who attend Scrum.org's Professional Scrum with Kanban course at the start of February. We explored how to use probabilistic thinking to answer that tricky question of "WHEN can I have my stuff?"
Spending two days with Andy and me didn't affect them too much !!
