I’ve been thinking about this lately.
For some people, Saturday is strictly protected — family time, rest, sport, switching off.
For others, it’s a prime productivity window — no emails, no interruptions, just focus.
And then there are those of us in hospitality / sales / business ownership where Saturdays are often the busiest (and most profitable) day of the week.
