I’m heading to pick Sassy up from the garage, with Ian kindly giving me a lift — and the sat nav is already warning of unusually high traffic towards Tarleton centre, Preston and Burscough.

✨ Now the summer holidays are over, could it be time for a change of scenery?

When I first floated the idea of opening a workspace in Hesketh Bank, I received loads of interest. We completed the renovations, opened the doors, and it’s lovely to see the space now welcoming regular coworking visitors.

Our meeting room has already hosted several meetings and events, and we currently have two private offices/therapy rooms available to rent on the first floor.

To help you try the space, we have two September offers:

💻 Coworking: One day per week until Christmas — 13 sessions for just £220

🔑 Private office or therapy room: Your first two weeks are complimentary, giving us both the chance to make sure it’s the right fit.

Now summer’s coming to an end, we decided we needed something to look forward to after work.

Something creative, sociable and easy.

So… Amazon paint-by-numbers kits ordered, meeting room taken over, drinks poured — and off we go! 😂🎨

No art lessons. No pressure to produce a masterpiece. Just a group of us getting together after work, painting, chatting, having a drink and probably putting the world to rights.

That’s what we want HB Workspaces to be about.

Yes, it’s somewhere to work — with offices, coworking desks and meeting space — but it’s also about creating a little community and giving people opportunities to meet others.

So the meeting room isn’t just for meetings.

Sometimes it’s for Paint & Sip. 🍷🎨

And if your picture looks absolutely nothing like the one on the box… we’ll just call it creative interpretation. 😂

Does anyone need an updated headshot for their social media, LinkedIn or business profile?

I have a photographer available to come to HB Workspaces from my networking group, he’s done a few colleagues now and he really gets a great professional shot. If we get a few people together, we can arrange a session to keep the cost down.

Let me know if you’re interested. Once I have an idea of numbers, I’ll confirm the price.
