Well folks it’s that time of year again winter and Xmas , there are a lot of old people out there who are afraid to put there heating up or even on because of costs so please be a kind neighbour and check on the old folk around you that they are warm enough or have that extra blanket it takes 2 mins but knowing they are safe and sound and snug will make such a difference a friendly face ,which brings me to Xmas how many of us go over the top with food and throw so much away it cost nothing to plate up that extra dinner for and old person home alone living near you , please be kind , they may not want it or even eat it but just to pop in and say hi could mean the world to them it’s a sad time for many but remember these old folk were once a mum or dad or a nan and grandad and to be alone is very sad so come on it takes 5 mins please make time we will all be old one day and be in the self same position ...... Merry Xmas everyone and a Happy New Year xx

It is with regret i bring sad news , my eldest and wonderful client Mr Ken Rufus or better known to me as my little tissue monster has passed away peacefully , R. I . P KEN it was a pleasure to know you and your lovely family ...... who i will keep in touch with always
