To All Customers, Next Year From January 1st - 31st December 2021, I will be doing a virtual end to end run John o Groates to Lands End, 847 Miles, I will have 12 months to complete this, each run I will complete, I then log it onto a map on the map, which will then log it for me. I am raising money to help Children With Cancer UK. Next Years Palm Sales I will be Donating £2 of every palm purchase from all customers to The Charity. WOW 😮😮 What a Overwhelming response. Our Black Friday offer on the Trachycarpus Bulgaria has been immense and have now completely sold out. Had 130 two days ago, now 0. That’s it for the Bulgaria this year as we previously sold out of first Big Batch Earlier This Month. In total we had over 500 Bulgaria seedlings in July and have finished November with 0. These beautiful palms, and a silvery tinge to the undersides of the leaves, when mature, less hardy than Phoenix Caneriensis ( Canary Island Date Palm ) these can tolerate temperatures down to -4 to -5, for a short period, will need winter protection while young. If you don’t live in a particularly warm part of the world, these can be kept in a conservatory. These grow to 15-20ft and will make a wonderful addition to anyone’s garden.

Trachycarpus Fortunei var Nainital, is a Trachycarpus Fortunei, with a very smooth trunk, and more finely divided leaves than that of a Fortunei. Trachycarpus Bulgaria however, is different, with super stiff fronds, thicker trunk and longer petioles, is a very cold tolerant palm taking temps down to -17 it has been recorded in its native country of Bulgaria.
