A little preview of what’s to come…

Our forthcoming Jewellery & Art Auction, closing on Monday 7th September, will feature some truly exceptional lots, and today we’re delighted to offer a sneak peek at just two of them.

From the personal collection of a single vendor come two remarkable pieces of Queen memorabilia. The first is an LP copy of the band’s iconic 1984 album The Works, while the second is an invitation to an event attended by the band in 1986. Offered as two separate lots, both items share one extraordinary feature – each has been personally signed by all four original members of Queen: Freddie Mercury, Brian May, Roger Taylor and John Deacon.

We’re delighted to offer a first look at one of the exceptional lots coming to our forthcoming Jewellery & Fine Art Auction, closing on Monday 7th September.

Included in the sale is a remarkable copy of The Magic of a Line by the celebrated British artist Dame Laura Knight. One of the most influential artists of the twentieth century, Knight made history in 1936 as the first woman to be elected a full Royal Academician since the Royal Academy was founded in 1768. Her work is represented in major collections across the UK and remains highly sought after by collectors around the world.

This is far more than simply a signed book. This copy has been personally inscribed by Dame Laura Knight and features an original hand-drawn doodle by the artist, making it a unique and highly desirable collector’s piece.
