This is just one of the lovely comments made following our latest Insights Calendar event ‘Breaking Barriers – Empowering Employers to Tackle Workplace Addiction’.

We’ve had such a lovely team strategy / treat day, with pastry and fruit breakfast, followed by a few hours of spa relaxation and cream tea… with plenty of business ideas flowing at the same time!

HR consultancy is a fast-paced, busy world to work in, so a bit of R&R helps to recharge those batteries! 👌🏽

Did you know that today is World Earth Day?

It got us thinking of ways we can help the planet, and we realised that actually, we have already improved without really trying.

During lockdown, like everyone else, we had to adapt our working style with a lot of remote working. Not only has our carbon footprint reduced with more online meetings, but we moved away from paper files and now keep almost all our records electronically. We’ve since made further use of our working systems, and our own online platform, MyTri, reducing the need for HR paperwork too… helping the planet, and ourselves!

Imagine if we all improved our efforts, just a little, to help our Earth, after all, it’s the one thing we all have in common!
