What will you be doing? 💼

No two days are the same here! You will be working primarily with small-to-medium-sized businesses (SMEs) across the West Midlands and beyond. This is a hugely varied and dynamic role where you will provide vital advice and guidance on a wide range of Employee Relations (ER) issues.

Because you will be visiting our wonderful clients, a full UK driving licence and use of a suitable car are essential.

About You 🤝

We are looking for someone who has the drive to grow alongside us. You’ll be a great fit if you have:

✔️ An Advisory Background: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in an HR advisory capacity.
✔️ Solid HR Knowledge: Good working knowledge of current employment legislation and standard ER processes.
✔️ Flawless Organisation: Sharp attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple clients and case files effortlessly.
✔️ A Great Personality: Equal parts personable and professional. You genuinely enjoy building relationships and helping people, with confidence.
✔️ Confident Delivery: Ideally you will be comfortable in - or keen to further develop — presenting at events and delivering structured content or workshops to small groups.

We’ve had such a lovely team strategy / treat day, with pastry and fruit breakfast, followed by a few hours of spa relaxation and cream tea… with plenty of business ideas flowing at the same time!

Did you know that today is World Earth Day?

It got us thinking of ways we can help the planet, and we realised that actually, we have already improved without really trying.

During lockdown, like everyone else, we had to adapt our working style with a lot of remote working. Not only has our carbon footprint reduced with more online meetings, but we moved away from paper files and now keep almost all our records electronically. We’ve since made further use of our working systems, and our own online platform, MyTri, reducing the need for HR paperwork too… helping the planet, and ourselves!
