Production Operative - Hortonwood, Telford
• 12-week temp to perm • Ambient environment • Monday-Friday
We’re hiring reliable Production Operatives to join a busy manufacturing team in Hortonwood. Positions available across standard day shifts and rotating shift patterns. Specific shift allocation will be assigned during selection based on operational needs, so candidates must be flexible to work either pattern
What you’ll do
> Operate production machinery safely and efficiently
> Carry out quality checks to agreed standards
> Keep accurate production and quality records
> Support changeovers and basic machine resets
> Keep your work area clean and follow all H&S procedures
> Report defects or issues promptly
What you’ll need
>Comfortable working on standard shift or rotating shifts across days, afternoons and nights
> Strong attention to detail and pride in good quality work
> Basic numeracy, literacy and data entry skills
> Reliable, punctual and a team player
> Right to work in the UK
Contract
12-week temp to perm pathway
Rotating pattern covering days, afternoons and nights (you must be able to work all three) or Standard Shift (depends on operational needs)
