Teamwork makes the dream work! ⛰️🤝

Our project with the Yellow Ribbon Community Chaplaincy at Halfway House, was a proper local team effort. We teamed up with the great crew over at McPhillips to make this happen: it’s always a pleasure working alongside another local firm to support such a worthy cause.

Seeing the progress at Halfway House is fantastic, and it just goes to show what can be achieved when local businesses pull together. Big thanks to McPhillips for the partnership and to the Yellow Ribbon team for everything they do.

We’re proud to have played a part in supporting Yellow Ribbon Community Chaplaincy’s recent project at Halfway House.

It was a real team effort! We were happy to donate 20T of our high-quality topsoil to help get their garden project off the ground. We even had one of our grab lorries on-site, navigating the track to get the soil halfway up the Wrekin exactly where it was needed! 🚛💨⛰️

This initiative provides individuals facing significant barriers to employment : including those with past prison sentences or battling addiction : with practical skills, wellbeing activities, and the chance to build confidence, teamwork, and new routines.

It’s inspiring to see how projects like this help people reshape their futures and gain valuable experience in a supportive environment.

A huge thank-you to the Yellow Ribbon team for the incredible work they do every day, and for sharing these celebration photos with us.
