This Sunday is the Wellington 10K🏃‍♂️

We’re delighted to be sponsoring this year’s Wellington 10K, taking place on Sunday 18th October.

The race offers a fantastic opportunity to enjoy the local area, with a scenic route through Dothill Nature Reserve, Silkin Way and Wrockwardine.

We’re also pleased to have members of the Q Financial team taking part and representing us on the day.

We look forward to supporting the runners and celebrating this fantastic local event.

Helping more first-time buyers take their first step onto the property ladder🏘️

The proposed Your First Home scheme could help make homeownership more accessible by supporting eligible first-time buyers with smaller deposits and government-backed equity loans.

The scheme is also designed to support the new-build housing market, helping developers manage rising construction costs and wider economic pressures while contributing to the supply of new homes.

Developers will be expected to contribute when signing up to the scheme.

Further details, including costs and implementation timelines, are expected to be announced by the Chancellor at next month’s Budget.

At Q Financial, we recognise the importance of building strong working relationships and fostering a collaborative team spirit.

Some of our team recently stepped away from the office to try out the new padel facility in Telford. A great opportunity to enjoy some friendly competition, strengthen team connections and have fun together!

We’re also keen to get involved in local padel events and meet other businesses and teams in the area. If you know of any local padel networking events or opportunities, we’d love to hear from you.
