☕ A morning of great conversations, shared knowledge and plenty of support!

This morning’s round-the-table meeting was full of general discussion, with everyone bringing their thoughts, ideas and support to the table. It’s what Net Club is all about, building relationships and helping each other along the way. 🤝

Anthony from Spectrum IT gave us a fantastic presentation, sharing how the business has developed over the past couple of years. It was great to hear more about the journey so far and how things have evolved.

After breakfast, Anthony continued with a session focused on AI, sharing how he uses it to support his business, along with some practical tips and tricks for the rest of us. There’s always something new to learn!

It was also great to see Jacob from Redhawk Media back in the room, and we’re looking forward to welcoming him as a member. 😊

A SPACE TO PLAN ✏️

NOTES • REMINDERS • IDEAS • ADMIN 📝 SEE IT • SORT IT • START IT ✓

Choose what matters, and give everything else somewhere to sit. We provide an Admin Jotter Sheet at every session, with time to fill it out before you get started. Because you don't need to hold the whole list in your head while you're trying to focus.

LESS OVERWHELM. MORE PROGRESS. ✓

Sometimes the hardest part of getting your admin done is knowing where to start. You sit down with a hundred things floating around your head — emails, forms, appointments, things to remember, things you've forgotten, and that one job you've been meaning to do for three weeks. So before we get started at Admin Club, we plan.

At every session, we provide an Admin Club Jotter Sheet and give you a little space to fill it out. It's not about writing another enormous to-do list. It's about getting things out of your head and somewhere you can see them. Choose a few priorities for the session. Jot down your notes, reminders and ideas. Park the things that don't need your attention right now. Think of it as a soft place for all those extra thoughts to land, so you don't have to keep carrying them around while you're trying to focus.

Then you can look at what's in front of you and decide:

What actually matters today?
What can I realistically get done?
Where am I going to start?

Because Admin Club isn't about getting everything done. It's about giving yourself the space, structure and focused time to make progress on the things that matter.

This week at Admin Club ✏️

Sometimes the hardest part of admin isn’t actually doing it — it’s working out where to start. That’s why we created our Admin Club Jotter Sheet.

When you arrive at Admin Club, we give you a jotter sheet and some time at the beginning of the session to fill it in. It’s designed to help you get everything out of your head, choose your Top 3 priorities, and decide what you actually want to make progress on during the session.

There’s space to jot things down as you work too — because one admin job has a habit of reminding you about another five!

The aim isn’t to finish your entire to-do list. It’s to come in, choose what matters today, give it some focused time and make progress. And if you get stuck? The jotter even helps you think about what’s getting in the way and what you can do next.
