On this day of days, Lest We Forget.
For those who don't know our business name comes from the ship my Dad served on-HMS Glenearn. He was 19 on D-Day, when they dropped 1500 soldiers on Sword beach off Arromanche. He went on to serve in the Pacific theatre at Okinawa and was in Hiroshima to bring Commonwealth POWs home before he demobbed and came home to start in business. He'd have been 101 on Rememberance Sunday, 9/11/2025, quite apt.
