Over the past few months, we’ve been transforming the way we operate our spaces, and as part of this, we’ve also invested in a brand new booking and member platform to make working with us simpler, quicker and more flexible - whether you’re booking a desk for the day, arranging a meeting or looking for a longer-term business base.

You can now check live availability and book online across our three centres in Chinnor and Thame, including:

* Coworking: a professional desk and workspace for the day
* Day Offices: private space for 1-6 people, when you need somewhere to focus, meet or bring your team together
* Meeting Rooms: book by the hour or for the day
* Meeting Room & Coworking Bundles: pre-purchase credit at a better rate and use it as and when you need it
* Virtual Office services: a professional business address and local presence without the need for a permanent office

It means no emailing back and forth to check availability and instead gives you the freedom to see what’s available, choose what works for you & book there and then, quickly and easily.

And for our existing members, there’s even more. We’re delighted with the response to our brand new Member Portal, with almost 150 members already set up and using it. A huge thank you to everyone who has embraced it so enthusiastically!

Something exciting is coming to our centres!

We’ve been working behind the scenes on something we think is going to make our clients’ experience with us even better.

Here’s a little sneak peek at our brand-new Members Portal 👀💻

Designed to make things more interactive, connected and convenient, the new portal will bring a whole host of features together in one place including a brand-new booking system, an online intranet and more.

It’s all about making life easier for our clients and giving you even more from being part of our business community.

We’re incredibly excited to be bringing this to our centres and can’t wait to show you what we’ve been working on.

🥳 Something exciting is coming…

Last week, the team got together in The Cellar at OX9 for a training session (thanks so much to Lou for traveling from afar to do this with us!) I think it’s safe to say Caroline Cope, Clair Small, Jade Lee Wright | Author ✍🏼📚 and Christopher Shennan are all very grateful. While we can’t reveal too much just yet, we can say that something is coming that we think will make your experience across our centres even better. 👀

Our new member portal is on its way, designed to make things more interactive, connected and easier for our members.

And of course, no productive session is complete without a little fuel! We enjoyed a divine working lunch, kindly catered by local deli What’s Cooking What's Cooking? 🥪

We’re putting the finishing touches together and can’t wait to share more with you very soon.

🌸 More than just a workspace…

If you’ve visited OX9 recently, you’ll know our Hub is home to more than just meetings and coffee breaks.

While our collaborative puzzles have become something of a talking point, they’re not the only creative project bringing people together. From time to time, we swap jigsaw pieces for LEGO bricks, with clients helping us build these beautiful floral arrangements that now brighten up our Grade II listed Georgian building.

It’s a lovely blend of heritage and modern creativity—proving that a workspace doesn’t have to be all work.

Whether you’re taking five minutes away from your desk, chatting with fellow business owners over a coffee, or adding the finishing touch to a LEGO flower, it’s these little moments that help build a real sense of community.

After all, the best ideas often happen when you step away from your screen.

🧩 Another Puzzle Complete! 🎉

There’s something incredibly satisfying about placing the final piece… and we’ve done it again!

Our latest Wentworth Wooden Puzzle, Cat in the Garden, is officially complete after plenty of teamwork, conversations and the odd “I’m sure that piece goes there!” moment. 🐈🌸

One of the things we love most about OX9 is that work isn’t just about sitting behind a desk. Our breakout space is designed to encourage collaboration, creativity and those little moments that bring people together. Whether it’s over a coffee, a chat in the courtyard or adding a few more pieces to the puzzle, it’s all part of building a welcoming business community.

This beautiful puzzle is now heading off to the framers, where it will soon become another permanent feature of OX9, adding even more colour and character to our Grade II listed building.

A huge thank you to everyone who stopped by to add a piece or two along the way. We can’t wait to reveal it once it’s framed… and, of course, choose the next puzzle! 👀🧩

A little pop of colour has arrived in the OX9 courtyard! 🌸☀️

We’ve recently added some beautiful new hanging baskets, bursting with vibrant pinks, purples, reds and cascading greenery, bringing even more character and colour to our courtyard space.

We’re also proud to support local, with these stunning displays supplied by the fantastic team at North End Nursery in Quainton. Their carefully curated baskets are packed with seasonal blooms and are already brightening up the centre.

As the heatwave continues, our courtyard offers a lovely sheltered spot to enjoy a coffee, take a break from your desk, or catch up with colleagues amongst the flowers and historic surroundings of our beautifully refurbished Grade II listed Georgian building.

Of course, if the temperature becomes a little too much, our air-conditioned offices are never far away! 😎

Whether you’re working, meeting, or simply taking five minutes out of your day, it’s the little touches that help make OX9 such a special place to be.
