Showing up on LinkedIn feels pointless when you don't know what to say, who you're talking to, or whether any of it is actually working.
That's exactly where one of my clients was.
She knew she needed to be visible online to attract corporate clients and speaking gigs. But LinkedIn felt like a foreign country with rules nobody had explained to her.
She didn't need someone to tell her to "just start posting." She needed a proper plan.
So here's what we did together.
First, she filled out a branding document. Her tone of voice, her values, who she's talking to, what she wants to be known for. Everything in one place so every piece of content we create is rooted in who she actually is.
From there we built her success metrics. So we both know exactly what we're measuring, what good looks like, and what we might need to adjust as we go.
Then I went away and created a full month of content ideas for her to review. She didn't have to come up with a single idea. She just looked at what I'd put together, refined the wording where it didn't sound like her, and approved it.
I sorted the images. I scheduled everything. I post on her behalf.
She shows up in her audience's feed consistently, professionally, in her own voice, without spending hours staring at a blank screen wondering what to write.
Her only job is to refine and approve. Everything else is mine.
That's not just a time saver.
It's the difference between a LinkedIn profile that sits quietly doing nothing and one that's actively working towards her business goals every single week.
If you know you need to be more visible online but the thought of creating content consistently fills you with dread, this is exactly what I do.
