Some people don't realise the importance of calling to postpone or cancel appointments, before I travel to the customers house.
Had a quote for various jobs at Darra this morning, getting ready to leave,got a text saying that she had got another handyman and that she had forgotten to ring me yesterday...ggrrr 😣😣
