h new appliances, spare parts and many other items like light bulbs, vacuum cleaner bags & electrical accessories. There is a workshop in the shop where you can bring in all types of appliances for repair, servicing, etc. We also provide a affordable call out service to your home to repair your larger appliances. You can gain access by car via the market or by foot from any of the three walkways from Fore street (main shopping street). You can also stop outside in your vehicle to unload or collect items. Full Time Job Vacancy
We are looking for someone who is willing and able to take on the role of, sales person in our shop, putting away stock, learning the trade to become an appliance engineer. Also to assist in delivering and installing appliances (some of which can be heavy) in customers homes. The job is varied and interesting in a friendly environment. The full time position is week days. Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm. No past experience is required as all we can teach you all that is needed. You we need to be able to use our tools and test equipment. Some work clothing is provided. Starting/training rate of £7.50 per hour.

We are looking for a full-time young person to join our friendly team.

We are a small local business that have been running in Tiverton for over 30 years. We provide a quality appliance repair service and the sale of new white goods and spares.

We are looking for someone with the right customer skills and willingness to learn in a busy environment.

This is a very mixed role and sometimes requires the candidate to have an array of different skills.



The role will include;

Shop work:

Serving customers
Restocking shop and pricing shop items
Using a computer system to order and price parts
Keeping the shop presentable
Invoicing


Helping engineers on the road:

Helping engineers to assist carrying appliances such as washing machines, cookers etc.
Watching and observing repairs, to gain the knowledge to become a domestic appliance engineer.
