This March, we are encouraging people to donate their unwanted devices in support of the Mayor’s Charitable Trust. All of your kind donations will go to the Mayor’s chosen local organisations which are and Community Brain.

There are several drop off locations available around our borough where you can take your old devices. As well as raising funds, the items will be recycled in an environmentally friendly way - so you'll be doing your bit for the planet, too! We are delighted to be kicking off the year with happy customers!

Each year we conduct an annual survey using third party research specialists, Tribes Research. We’re delighted with the results from our most recent survey in which overall customer satisfaction remained at an impressive 90% with our account managers recording a 96% satisfaction rate.

This was also the first year in which, we incorporated a Net Promoter Score (NPS) and can proudly announce that Genuine Solutions achieved a very respectable score of 51.

We’d like to thank our customers for taking the time to complete the survey and providing us with some valuable insights into how we can serve you better now and in the future.
