The next gaff will be MPA's and HMPA's, this will destroy inshore fishing communities and further hamper development of Seaweed aquaculture in our Island Nation. It is worth noting that over the past decade in existing MPA's Marine Scotland has managed to loose over fifty percent of existing wild Kelp stocks - all paid for by the taxpayer.
