Headlines like this and loads similar hitting the news over the last 24 hours or so, with every expert recommending fixing your energy prices now with a rise in the energy cap set to be announced.

I'm hearing that UW's fixed tariff is expected to change tomorrow so today is the best day for people to secure a fixed rate.
