💭 Sometimes business owners don't need more advice. They need more clarity.
That's something Jo Eccersley understands better than most 💡
Over the last few years, life has thrown plenty her way.
She has rebuilt after difficult personal circumstances, relocated, become a solo parent, and is currently renovating a house whilst building a business that gives her more flexibility and freedom for her daughter and their future.
It hasn't been a straight line.
But then, most worthwhile journeys rarely are.
Jo has always been fascinated by growth.

Those questions have followed her throughout a varied career that has included two degrees, a PGCE, running businesses, and more than ten years working in sales and business development.
The more business owners she met, the more she noticed a common pattern.
💡 Most weren't short of ideas.
🩷 Most weren't lacking passion.
🏋️♀️ Most weren't afraid of hard work.
What they often lacked was clarity.
Too many were overwhelmed by conflicting advice.
Trying to juggle family life, clients, finances, social media, networking and everything else that comes with running a business 🤹♀️
Working incredibly hard but never quite sure where their next opportunity might come from.
That's what led Jo to create Freedom Glow Digital ✨
Over recent months, she has spent countless hours speaking to business owners, listening to their frustrations, challenges and ambitions.
And what she discovered was surprisingly simple.

They need someone to help them step back, see the bigger picture and identify where growth is getting stuck.
