Planning Application Submitted.

The proposal aims to redevelop an existing outhouse/ car port into a two story Annex.Sustainable scotlarch timber clad the newly formed upper level framing new Anodised Aluminium windows and doors. The roof is to be capped with reconditioned roof tiles to match the existing main house/ dwelling.

The newly formed stairwell keeps the extension footprint to a minimum, keeping within the boundary walls.

The added accommodation serves to provide an additional bedroom / office to the upper level and kitchenette/ relaxation zone to the ground floor.

The internal pallet is kept to a minimum focusing on polished concrete, marine ply and white subway tiles with grey grout lines used to define the kitchen area.

This scheme is part of the overall improvement works to the main house based in Totnes, Devon.
