Pury Hill’s team in action, refurbishing one of our longer standing offices West Tithe. The whole office has had a refresh, including a new raised Kingspan metal floor, new bathrooms, kitchen, heating & cooling system, plus new limestone floors throughout.

All of our offices at Pury Hill have their own unique colour, and you’ll see West Tithe has recently taken on a new one. Our offices (interior and exterior), outdoor seating and parking bays are all kept in pristine condition by our site decorator Woijciech 🎨

Other onsite facilities include an all weather running track, fully equipped gym, woodland & grass walks, Football & Volleyball pitch, external barbecue area, marquee paddock etc with new facilities also planned!

One of the guiding principles of Pury Hill Business Park is the well-being of the people who work there, staff and tenants alike. To that end, we created a number of diverse leisure areas where everyone can relax and let off steam.
Our long term tenant, Digital Origin, a preeminent CaaS provider, certainly knows how to do just that! From an estate wide treasure hunt to blind cat & mouse, baseball and a big party on the marquee lawn, these guys made the most of the facilities available.
Most of these areas are free to use for our tenants😃.

We have a fantastic team of groundsmen who ensure our business park & surrounding Estate grounds are kept to an immaculate standard all year round. Theres numerous courtyards, outdoor eating areas, formal gardens, woodland walks, an all weather running track, football pitch and a communal barbecue area; all for the exclusive use of our Tenants.

Every season brings a different feel to the park, and we tailor our maintenance and planting programme to bring out the best for each. Last year we planted over 1,000 Daffodils, Alliums and Tulips around the Offices to really inject some colour as we head into the Spring months🌹 🌷 🌹

Looking like Summer’s here to stay 🤞🏼, so it’s all about our Tenants making the most of our beautiful outdoor areas and walks 🌞

We've recently welcomed RSD Travel Ltd. to the business park, who now occupy one of our larger offices Long Acre Barn (NIA 3,015 sq ft). They employ around 700 people in the UK and across Europe, and specialise in educational and luxury travel - one of the UK's most popular cultural tours. We're really excited to have them based here!

Pury Hill's team carried out their office alterations, installing a new reception area, boardroom and private office - incorporating both sound proof stud walls and glass partitioning in order to maximise light throughout the office.

A lovely sunny afternoon for one of our Tenant’s VST Venues Charity events; with all of their proceeds going to Cynthia Spencer Hospice.

We are pleased to announce that SUKU Saunas have launched a pop up sauna and cold plunge at Pury Hill Business park for the next six months.

The sauna is open to the public, so friends and family are welcome. It is also open at weekends but for group bookings only.

Many of our reclaimed stone troughs, paving bricks, cobbles, York flagstones, path edgings (nearly all of our reclaimed building materials for that matter!) have come from Watling Reclamation, Towcester

We’ve recently let Long Acre Barn which is one of our larger offices(net internal area 3,015 sq ft). Built in 2016, it offers modern office space and benefits from an high EPC B. Nearly all of our offices at Pury Hill have been built within the last 15 years and therefore benefit from EPCs of B and higher.

We have an excellent site team at Pury Hill who can complete all tenant alterations as well as end of lease dilapidations. They’re currently in Long Acre Barn creating a new glass reception area, a new boardroom as well as a private office; as per our Tenant’s requirements.
