I’m having great fun at the moment working with a client on something new she wants to bring to life.

She gave me the space to explore ideas and think about what might really resonate with her clients, and because OES works closely with her business, I understand what she’s trying to achieve, what matters to her clients and the way she wants her business to grow.

We’ve started shaping those ideas into a plan, and now it’s in full swing 🙌.

She’s loving the direction it’s taking and I’m loving seeing it come together.

A weekend in the Peak District with three beautiful women, including the brilliant Sarah from OES, gave me much more than fresh air and a good walk.

We found time to connect (really connect, with no signal or data!) sharing the hard bits and the happy moments in life, business and love. There was laughter, honesty and plenty of encouragement.

Some of the steep climbs made us dig deep and remind each other we had the strength to keep going. And when the flatter stretches came, there were quieter moments to catch our breath, look around and reflect on how far we’d come.

It reminded me how much it matters to have women beside you who cheer you on, listen without judgement and want to see you thrive.

Whether we’re building a business, working towards a goal or simply making time for fun, we’re stronger when we support each other.

Yesterday I had a great catch up with Neil Jacobs - Independent Estate Agent to look at what the final part of the year needs to look like for his business.

Not just what do we need to get done? but what are the priorities, what will genuinely make a difference, and how are we going to make them happen?

✅We talked about introducing new systems to improve the way properties are presented and marketed online.

✅We started planning a local community event, bringing together businesses involved in moving home and financial planning so local people can drop in, meet the people behind the businesses and ask the questions that matter to them.

✅We explored local volunteering opportunities.

✅We talked about sponsorships and how Neil can continue supporting events and initiatives in the area.

Individually, these can look like relatively small pieces of work but together, they help build visibility, relationships, trust and a strong local reputation.

That’s often where having someone working alongside you behind the scenes makes a real difference.

Founders and business owners usually know there are things they want to do.

Build better relationships.
Get more involved locally.
Improve the customer experience.
Review systems.
Plan events.
Follow up opportunities.
Strengthen the way the business shows up.

Behind the scenes moment!

This morning I had the privilege of meeting the newest team member of Professor Joanne Santini

And what a treasure she is. My first impression were warm, vulnerable and looking for comfort. This mare has a solid record and reputation but her honesty melted my heart.

We are supporting Scientia with website build and marketing planning.

I’m really looking forward to getting the project live and showing the world what Professor Joanne Santini is all about!
