Please note. No smoking in the caravan. There are disposal pouches to keep provided in the visitors pack on arrival. There is a zero tolerance drug policy on site. If you are caught breaking this rule you and your whole party may be asked to leave the camp. No Footwear around the caravan as all carpets and lino is newly fitted. No Pets aloud. Keep clean and tidy after using the facilities thank you. Bookings will only be taken by families aged 25 or over. No single s*x group holidays will be accepted. Beds will be ready on arrival, unless otherwise instructed and the lounge fold out bedding will be in the master bedroom. Payment is required in full, no less than 28 days before holiday start. Your expected arrival time to the accommodation should be no later than 14.00 hours unless prior arranged with myself. You will be expected to leave the accommodation by no later than 10.00 hours. On the final day of your holiday. There will be no more than the eight stated maximum capacity sleeping in the caravan. This is against Health and Safety regulations and will NOT be tolerated. A £100 immediate booking fee is to be paid to confirm your booking. This will however not be refunded should you decide to cancel your booking. I will be refusing potential clients once your booking is confirmed so this will compensate for those renting loses. A £70 deposit will demanded for minor damages. This will be taken on arrival and is refundable when the keys are returned with no damages being noted on yours departure. I must stress all larger damages will be paid for in full before departure. A local tradesman will carry out the work and you will get the full brunt of his material and labour charges. We understand that accidents do happen, I am a family man myself. As photos will be taken and the deposit will not be refunded if any damages are found. As our guests we expect full care to be taken of the caravan and it will be left as we prepared it for your use. As owners we accept no responsibility for loss or damage of personal items, injury or death of party renting our caravan
