Making way for the construction of a Lightweight raft foundation with block work and Staffordshire blue engineering brick band coarse to dpc.
Ready for the timber frame to be erected.

Raft foundation and reinforced concrete boundary wall. Bit of a tricky one with the wall being so close to the raft. Both structures designed with a drop toe. Also it was only possible to shutter the wall from one side which is always a bit of a challenge . Job completed no issues.
