We made the most of the sunshine yesterday with a team lunch, joined by Julian and Melissa. With the British weather always keeping us guessing, it felt right to enjoy it while we could—and you can't go wrong with steak sandwiches!

A belated happy birthday to El 🎂, big congrats to Mia on her half marathon 🏃 and distinction 🎓, and a huge well done to the whole team for all the work getting our new version of Surgery Assist out to a small number of practices this week. 🤖, finalising our data insights dashboards 📊, and our sales teams delivering the Surgery Assist demos at pace 💻 and everything in between.

Also, wishing El the best of luck for her marathon in a few weeks! 🏅💪

Today, we’re celebrating all the incredible mums out there – the ones who give us life, love, strength, and endless support. Thank you for everything you do. 💐

We also want to take a moment to acknowledge that today can be a difficult day for some. To those who have lost their mothers or are navigating through difficult feelings around today, we are thinking of you with love and compassion💛

A special shoutout to the two amazing mums in our team – Sharon and Ellyn.

✨ Sharon, mum of three boys (including Max!) and a wonderful daughter, somehow balances being a supermum at home and our "work mum" in the office. She’s always looking out for everyone, sharing her wealth of NHS knowledge, and showing us what being a strong, independent woman truly means.

✨ Ellyn, proud mum to little stars Jasper and Matilda, brings such heart and dedication to everything she does – always going the extra mile for her family and for us too.

These two women are pillars of our team – bringing energy, warmth, wisdom, and that feminine strength that makes a workplace feel like home. From making sure we all get home safe to simply being there when it counts, we see you, we appreciate you, and we celebrate you.

We hope you both feel loved and spoiled this Mother’s Day. You are truly amazing. 💕

🎉 Today we’re celebrating the amazing Ellyn – our brilliant Client Success Manager, superstar mum, and all-round legend! 💫

El goes above and beyond for everyone — from our clients to the team, and of course her beautiful children, Matilda and Jasper, who she’s the most incredible mum to 💕 She somehow balances it all, still manages to casually knock out 28k runs before work (yep, truly 👟), and always keeps the vibe high with her classic one-liners.

Your energy, kindness, and dedication inspire us every single day. We’re so lucky to have you, El! We’re so proud of the strong, genuine person you are — no matter what life throws your way. Watching you take on your London marathon journey has been incredible, and we’ll be cheering you on every step of the way 🫶

🏆 Exciting News! We’ve Won the HTN Primary Care Case Study of the Year Award!

Look what arrived in the post! 🎉

This award recognises the groundbreaking work Hanley Consulting, in collaboration with X-on Health and Tudor Lodge Health Centre.

Through our Access Optimisation Service (AOS) and the introduction of Surgery Assist, we achieved transformational results at Tudor Lodge Health Centre:

📉 Total number of inbound calls decreased by 21%
📞 Calls that entered the queue decreased by 23%
📲 The number of missed calls reduced by approximately 65%
🗓️ Calls for appointments dropped by 48%
💊The number of online prescriptions placed increased by 66%
⏳ The average call queue time reduced by 50%
📌310 self-referrals to Pharmacy & Community services
